The Quadrangle Trust

The aim of the Quadrangle Trust is to develop a centre for sustainable living and the creative arts.We got involved to help design and plant out a permaculture ‘forest garden’, turning a disused pasture field into a productive edible landscape.

The Hub

The Hub is an incubator for social innovation. They offer membership of inspirational habitats in major world cities for social innovators to work, meet, learn, connect and realise progressive ideas.

We made their website, built a custom invoicing, membership and space booking app, hosted online communities and wrote their social media strategy.

UNICEF

Through our work with The Hub we have developed a knowledge management system for one of UNICEF’s sub-projects for emergency workers around the globe, the Psychosocial Network.

Wikipedia

We helped develop a Mediawiki extension to assist in Wikipedia’s efforts to reduce vandalism.This included writing the first approach in PHP and some Javascript work.

Members of the Wikipedia community then stepped in to take on most of the development work. That’s the power of open source.

The UK’s leading solar energy company.  Working as part of a cross sector partnership, we built, hosted and managed the important Merton Rule website which resulted in positive changes to UK planning policy.

Labour Behind the Label

A campaign that supports garment workers’ efforts worldwide to improve their working conditions.

We built the website for their Fashioning an Ethical Industry project that works with students and tutors on fashion related courses to give a global overview of the garment industry.
